Human Resources Director

Reporting to the RICE Movement COO and serving as an integral member of the management team, the HR Director will provide oversight to the daily operations of the Human Resources Department including benefits, employee, volunteer and inter-relations, and salary administration. The HR Director interprets, administers, communicates personnel policies and procedures, acts as liaison between employees, volunteers and interns, and acts as liaison between management on employment and human resources issues. The HR Director is also responsible for the maintenance of the database of contacts for the Movement as well as internal communications.
