Launched in São Paulo in 2020, the RICE Movement saw the hand of God and the Holy Spirit move among the young people in Brazil. São Paulo city is the largest metropolitan centre in Brazil. There is a mix of ethnicities, mainly Asians.
The team has always been passionate about connecting with people who have a heart to serve the Lord and crying out together for the Holy Spirit. Even the pandemic couldn’t stop what God was doing in São Paulo; whether it be weekly chapel gatherings, prayer room meetings, even evangelistic rallies continued to run online. When the restrictions finally lifted, the RICE Movement team ran an amazing in-person RICE Conference with moments of worship, exchanging ideas with inspiring leaders, and workshops with practical tips and masterclasses.
Recently, RICE Movement São Paulo have been in lower power mode as we are looking for passionate volunteers to lead our new vision.
